It will be a favourite with couples, looking for a place to unwind, relax and enjoy some time together in a peaceful rural setting. Ty Ni is a studio with one bathroom and a luxurious double bed set back within an alcove, the perfect property for two!
Ty Ni has an open plan living, dining, kitchen and bedroom area, with high exposed beams and a modern log burner to make you feel extra cosy! Logs are supplied during your stay.
Ty Ni has been elegantly and tastefully renovated, enhancing the history and beauty of the building itself, yet with all of the comforts of modern living. Guests can relax in the serene setting of rural Pembrokeshire without compromising on any luxuries.
Outside, Ty Ni has a north west facing patio terrace equipped with a BBQ and table and chairs. There is ample parking directly in front of the property.
Situated close to the owner’s home, with local towns and villages only a short distance away, Ty Ni is the perfect base from where to explore and discover stunning Pembrokeshire. For walkers, the Preseli Hills are located close by, or if you are looking to head to the coast, the award winning Pembrokeshire coast path is only a short drive away too.
For guests looking to holiday together, Ty Ni can be booked alongside Y Felin, sleeping a max of 8 (2 + 6). The properties are connected with a lockable sound proof double door.

Property Details
Open-plan kitchen:
The open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar, integrated electric oven, electric ceramic hob and an integrated fridge.
Living Area
An open living area with exposed beams. The comfy sofa provides plenty of seating in front of a LED smart TV. The living area also has a modern log burner and logs are supplied during your stay. Technology also include fibre optic Wi-Fi. A wooden dining table for two is also included.
Bedroom
A luxurious double bed is nestled within an alcove in the corner of the studio.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a large accessible walk-in shower, toilet and a heated tower rail.
Patio Terrace
A small private patio terrace is situated around the back of Ty Ni. The terrace includes a table and chairs and a bbq.
There is ample parking directly outside Ty Ni
A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
One well behaved dogs welcome, although they are not allowed on the furniture. This is an additional cost of £30.00 for your stay
There is heating at the property through electric radiators. A modern log burner is also present and logs are supplied during your stay.
The beds are made up with high quality cotton bed linen, and a hairdryer is supplied in each bedroom. Bath and hand towels are provided for guests along with hand soaps and toiletries.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi is available but please note that this is a rural area and speeds may be slower than you are used to.
Mobile reception can be poor inside Y Felin due to the thick old stone walls. However, most of the main networks have full signal outside.

Ty Ni is one of two properties within one large barn building at our family farm.
The farmhouse is located close by (see picture below). However, Ty Ni has been developed to ensure maximum guest privacy as far as possible with no barn windows facing towards the house. If you have any concerns, please call us to discuss.
The property is accessed via a private tarmac driveway from the main road, that leads through a pond and woodland to the family home and to Ty Ni at Scollock Bill Barns. The driveway is steep as you get closer to the property. During icy and snowy conditions, the driveway can be tricky to navigate if you do not have 4X4. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
For guests looking to holiday together, this property can be booked alongside the larger barn Y Felin, sleeping up to eight people. Ty Ni has a sound proof connecting doorway to Y Felin.

Bed linen, towels, all utilities, supply of logs and pre-arrival and departure cleaning are included. Household items supplied include spare loo roll, kitchen cloth, tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges, pepper, salt, tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, hand soap.
All of our properties are strictly non-smoking. If this is ignored, owners will charge a fee for fumigating a property.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi is available but please note that this is a rural area and speeds may be slower than you are used to. Please note that this is for recreational use and not for business purposes.
Yes both Y Felin and Ty Ni are dog friendly, although there is an extra charge.
Our general rules are that dogs are not allowed upstairs, on the furniture or in the bedrooms. We also ask that you clean up after your dog.
Yes both a travel cot and a highchair are included.
Depending on your arrival time, the owners will either meet you on your arrival or the keys will be left in a key safe and we will send you the key safe code by email. This will all be noted in the arrival arrangements.
This will all be noted in the arrival arrangements which are emailed to you. Given the rural setting, please ensure you print the arrival arrangements and take them with you just in case you do not have access to the internet on route.
The arrival and departure times are flexible, but arrival time must be after 15:00 (3pm) and departure time must be before 10:00 (10am).
